Adam Giuliano

Adam advises clients in the development, procurement, construction, financing, and delivery of infrastructure projects, including through alternative delivery approaches involving P3s. He has been involved in dozens of such projects over the past two decades. Adam's experience spans multiple sectors, including extensive work on road, transit, rail and airport projects. In addition, he has advised on water and wastewater, school, social infrastructure and government facility, transit-oriented development, broadband, and energy and renewable projects. Adam is a two-time Law360 MVP in Project Finance and is nationally ranked for P3 advisement by Chambers & Partners. He currently leads Kaplan Kirsch's Project Funding and Delivery practice and serves as the managing partner for the New York office, which he established. Prior to joining the Firm, Adam was a New York resident Counsel at a global law firm based in London.
