Alexis Rosenberg

Alexis Rosenberg is a Senior Associate in the Projects & Energy Transition practice at Ashurst LLP in New York, where she advises on large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects, with a focus on road P3 mega-projects in the United States. She acts for lenders, sponsors, and state transportation authorities, and has advised on award-winning projects and multi-billion-dollar P3 programs. Alexis also has experience in transit, airports, ports, energy projects, and cross-border infra/energy M&A. Prior to New York, she practiced in Ashurst's international projects group in Tokyo and began her career at the firm in Australia. She also holds industry leadership roles including as a Board Member of the ARTBA P3 Division.
