Andrew Doyle

Andrew Doyle is an Associate Vice President in HNTB's Advisory practice, specializing in Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), asset management, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) strategy for major transportation infrastructure programs. With over 16 years of experience, he supports public sector clients on P3, design-build-maintain, and performance-based maintenance projects across highways, toll roads, bridges, transit, rail, and unique facilities. At HNTB, Andrew provides strategic, technical, and commercial guidance on long-term O&M planning, cost modeling, risk assessment, performance-based maintenance frameworks, and asset renewal strategies. He also leads efforts to expand O&M advisory services within the firm. Prior to HNTB, Andrew served as Director of Operations and Maintenance for North America at ACS Infrastructure Development, where he led O&M technical workstreams for major P3 pursuits.
