Andy Garbutt

Andy established and heads KPMG's Infrastructure, Capital Projects and Climate Advisory business in the US. The business specializes in advising both Government and Corporate clients on the strategic planning, procurement, financing, construction oversight and/or the management of complex capital programs and projects across multiple sectors. Andy is a project financier by background and prior to joining KPMG in 2000, worked for a major European project finance bank advising on and structuring PPP projects in a variety of sectors.
