Anthony Phillips

Anthony is the Global Head of PPP, Head of Americas and APAC Investment Lead for John Laing based in the United States. Building upon John Laing's successful long-term involvement in the P3 and Utility markets, Anthony has responsibility for all activities across the Americas region. Anthony has over 25 years' experience across multiple Infrastructure markets including the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Anthony joined John Laing in 2005 and during this time has also worked in London, Singapore and Sydney. Anthony successfully led John Laing's entry into the Australian market prior to relocating to the United States in 2014. Anthony leads a large team of infrastructure specialists based throughout North America focused upon securing and delivering major Core Infrastructure projects. Anthony is on the board of The Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure.
