Brian Dugan

Brian Dugan specializes in the development of complex real estate and infrastructure projects. As Partner at Edgemoor, a national leader in public-private partnerships (P3s) with $5 billion delivered or under construction, Brian plays a dual role in both firm leadership and project execution. He is instrumental in shaping Edgemoor's business strategy, budget, and team, while also leading the charge on identifying new opportunities and forming strategic partnerships. Throughout the project lifecycle, Brian oversees the negotiation of contractual arrangements; financial structuring, including sourcing debt and equity; predevelopment and design; construction; and long-term operations and maintenance. Prior to joining Edgemoor in 2013, he was with Poseidon, where he helped develop the $1 billion Carlsbad Seawater Desalination P3 in San Diego County. Brian holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.
