David Swarbrick

David has 23 years' experience in P3 and wider infrastructure investment.  Starting as a public sector project director for a UK hospital he then spent 16 years at Balfour Beatty Investments becoming the MD for UK and Ireland.  Since 2020 he has been a Managing Director for Invesis, leading the UK and Ireland business unit and also responsible for the company's new market entry strategy - including for the United States.  David has wide-ranging experience across healthcare, schools, universities, highways, renewable energy and residential development.  As part of his role he is currently a director on two iconic tunnel construction projects at opposite ends of the world - the Silvertown Tunnel in London, UK and the Cross River Rail project in Brisbane, Australia.
