David Yeager

As Radnor's CEO and Managing Partner, David provides executive direction for the company's investment and development strategies. He brings over 40 years of experience in real estate, acquisitions, and asset management, having worked for diverse organizations including IBM and iStar (now Safehold) prior to founding Radnor in 1999. Throughout his career, David has undertaken over $5 billion in acquisitions and development and managed more than ten million square feet of commercial real estate projects. He is a lecturer at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an adjunct professor at Villanova University. David holds a B.F.A. and a B. of Landscape Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design and a M. of Urban Design & Planning from Harvard University. He also holds a degree in R.E. Investment and Finance from New York University.
