Lisa Roy | CEO and President, Optimum Energy Lisa Roy is the President and CEO of Optimum Energy, where she leads the mission to optimize facilities across their full lifecycle. From engineering through operations and maintenance, she delivers next generation Energy as a Service solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare, higher education, advanced manufacturing, and government clients. Under her leadership, Optimum Energy has become a gold standard for infrastructure projects by focusing on the long term program lifecycle rather than just the construction phase. Lisa brings more than 30 years of industry experience to her role. 

Before joining Optimum Energy, she spent three decades at Johnson Controls, a Fortune 100 global technology leader. Her career progressed from Application Engineer to Global Head of Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions. As the former VP of Commercial Sales for North America, she directed growth across systems, services, and energy performance contracting, championing infrastructure innovation on a global scale. As a judge for the P3 Awards, Lisa prioritizes the alliance between the client and the partner. She recognizes that in healthcare and higher education, operations constantly shift, and the partnership must be structured to evolve with them. She values projects that move beyond the initial announcement to deliver results over the long horizon. In addition to her executive leadership, Lisa serves on the Optimum Energy Board of Directors, providing the strategic governance required to navigate complex infrastructure landscapes. She is an active supporter of United Way and Compassion charities and has served on various national and local not for profit boards. An electrical engineer with a degree from Louisiana State University, Lisa is a recognized authority on public private partnerships who advises leaders on translating complex theory into practical delivery models.
