Mike Parker is an accomplished entrepreneurial leader and a recognized expert in infrastructure strategy and finance who has worked at the forefront of the US infrastructure market for more than twenty years. Mike initiated and assisted on landmark projects from New York to California across multiple infrastructure sectors, including tens of billions of dollars in new transportation development. He pioneered approaches for using private capital and federal funding, credits, and loans to enable transformative investments by private equity, governments, and companies. Mike built and led EY's perennially top-ranked Americas infrastructure practice following EY's acquisition of JPA, the financial advisory firm he co-led. At EY, Mike broke down silos and established an inspired community of hundreds of professionals to deliver integrated solutions, full-stack transaction advice, and true value creation for infrastructure owners, investors, and operators – including in PE, government/higher-ed, transportation, energy/utilities, digital/telecom, and industrials/advanced manufacturing. Mike is focused on unlocking investments that move the world forward and helping organizations and colleagues succeed and flourish. He also serves on Milken Institute's Public Finance Advisory Council and was a member of the first Global Advisory Board for Urban Land Institute's Curtis Infrastructure Initiative and the Board of Advisors for the XPRIZE Foundation's initial competition. Mike earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from its Wharton School of Business.
