Sallye Perrin

Sallye Perrin is a senior vice president with WSP USA where she serves as the National Director of Public Private Partnerships. She is nationally recognized for her ability to help agencies find innovative and cost-effective means to implement their programs and projects. 

Ms. Perrin is noted for her expertise in alternative delivery including design/build and public-private partnerships (P3), and transit-oriented development (TOD). She has directed and managed numerous planning, environmental and engineering phases for transportation programs in the United States and Canada. 

Ms Perrin is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana.
