| Mr. Kusha is a Senior Vice president and Group Head, Project Development and Partnering at Plenary Americas, the leading equity investor, developer, and operator of public infrastructure in the Americas. He is responsible for Project development across all asset sectors through positioning Plenary strategically with appropriate owners and sponsors. Prior to joining Plenary 7 years ago, he served as Senior Managing Director of AECOM's Integrated Delivery group in the Americas where he was firm's Chief Strategy and Development officer. A forty-three-year veteran of the infrastructure industry, Mr. Kusha has delivered a variety of infrastructure programs and projects for a diverse range of public and private clients. He has been instrumental in developing P3, and infrastructure integrated delivery legislations, rules, policies, and procedures as well as project pipelines for a variety of public sector owners. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Madison with degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in 6 states. |
