Sia Kusha

Mr. Kusha is a senior vice president and Group Head, Project Development and Partnering at Plenary Americas.  He is responsible for business development across all asset sectors through positioning Plenary with appropriate project owners and sponsors, as well as selecting partners by leveraging industry relationships.   Prior to joining Plenary 5 years ago, he served as Senior Managing Director of AECOM's Design and Consulting Services Integrated Delivery group in the Americas where he was firm's Chief Strategy and Development officer for P3 and integrated delivery projects across the continent. A forty-two-year veteran of the industry, Mr. Kusha has delivered a variety of infrastructure programs and projects for a diverse range of public and private clients.  He is sought after and actively participates in industry trade associations boards of directors and working groups and has been instrumental in developing integrated delivery legislations, rules, policies, and procedures as well as program and project pipelines for a variety of public sector owners.  He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Madison, with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in 6 states.
