Steve DeWitt

| Steve has enjoyed a long transportation career having retired from NCDOT in 2012 after serving in various leadership roles including State Construction Engineer, Director of Construction, and Chief Engineer of the NC Turnpike Authority. Upon retirement, he joined WSP leading P3 advisory efforts for state DOTs as well as participating in pursuits of P3 and design-build projects. Since 2015, Mr. DeWitt has served as SVP of Business Development for ACS Infrastructure. In this role, he leads and/or assists in pursuits and implementation of major infrastructure P3 projects across the US. He also serves as the CEO of the project company overseeing the historic Angels Flight funicular in Los Angeles. He holds a BSCE from UNCC and is a Professional Engineer. He remains active in numerous national transportation organizations. |
