With more than thirty years of experience as a management consulting executive, Suhrita is a successful leader, strategic advisor, and an industry expert. She has successfully led high performing organizations serving the infrastructure, and real estate industries. Working nationally and internationally, she advises on a broad range of transactions at the intersection of financial, commercial and technical matters. Her experience spans the entire project life cycle: i) Strategic advice for project development and financing for infrastructure development; (ii) Feasibility, risk assessment, due diligence, project finance, contractual negotiations for alternative delivery (P3s) across multiple sectors; (iii) Infrastructure and real estate portfolio planning, financing; (iv) Construction, Operational CapEx/OpEx monitoring/reporting; (v) Governance, risk/controls and compliance assessments, and (vi) Asset management.

Suhrita is the Founder and Principal of Infrastructure Advisors, a platform devoted to Development Planning, Financing and Management including the unique multidisciplinary needs of P3s. She is currently advising national and international leadership in public private partnerships in roles as varied as financial advisor, strategic advisor, and technical advisor. Suhrita is an advocate for entrepreneurism, innovation and diversity in infrastructure.
