Andrew Quinn

Andrew is Senior Director at LA Metro, where he manages the Partnerships team. His team partners with the private sector to develop, evaluate, and implement alternative delivery methods for Metro's many projects and activities, from the largest such as the Sepulveda Transit Corridor, to some of the smallest including Mobility on Demand: Food Delivery. He and his team led the interdepartmental development of the Sepulveda PDA, which is currently underway in preparing multiple competing P3 transit solutions to one of the most congested corridors in the United States. Prior to joining LA Metro, Andrew worked for the City of Long Beach and as an urban planning consultant in international development. Andrew earned his BA from Columbia University and his Master's of Urban Planning from New York University.
