Bryan Kendro

Bryan Kendro serves as the National Innovative Program Advisory Leader for RS&H's Infrastructure Practice.  Bryan brings 20 years of experience establishing relationships with public sector clients, potential consultant partners and works closely with various agencies throughout all phases of project screening, development, procurement, and delivery.  Prior to joining RS&H, Bryan was the Director of P3 and Policy at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, where he successfully developed and reached financial close on several of the Commonwealth's early P3 projects, including the $1B Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.  His work at PennDOT earned him various awards and recognition from his peers and colleagues in the industry.  Following his time at PennDOT, Bryan join the infrastructure investment and development firm Star America Infrastructure Partners as the Director of Project Development.  While at Star America, Bryan provided strategic oversight and leadership on a variety of public infrastructure pursuits, evaluating investment opportunities and risks and leading commercial contract negotiations with public agencies.
