The judging panel comprised a broad spectrum of over 80 industry professionals representing both the public and private sector. The judges are selected based on their expertise, experience and integrity in the P3 market. All entries were submitted to the judging panel who scored each entry online. Judges are asked to absent themselves from any discussions where they have a vested interest. The organizers and the judges endeavour to ensure adjudication is conducted without bias or prejudice. In all cases the judges’ decision is final. All entries are treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared.
