Ashurst US Projects Team

Over the course of 2021, the Ashurst’s US projects team has worked on a number of significant projects in the market. It advised the Metro Flood Diversion Authority in Fargo, North Dakota on its pioneering flood diversion P3. Ashurst has provided strategic advice over the development of the project, which involves a unique group of local, state and federal stakeholders and a mix of funding sources including voter approved sales tax revenues and water resource district special assessments to support the availability payments to the developer. Ashurst has also acted as the legal advisor to Wells Fargo and TD Securities as the underwriters on Plenary’s bid to develop the DC Smart Street Lighting Project.
