BTY’s one-team approach enables it to draw on the skills, availability, and experience of team members from Dublin to Vancouver that best serve project success in both primary and secondary markets. It has diverse experience across regions and sectors. In 2021, it was involved in different phases of 37 P3 projects, nine of which achieved financial close. These schemes spanned high schools in Alberta, to a heating and cooling plant in California, to an historical building redevelopment in Philadelphia. BTY places a focus on developing its people through mentorship and leadership programs, helping it support the growth of the P3 industry by raising professional standards. BTY’s across-the-board commitment, combined with its broad range of asset class experience, regions, and services, strengthens the P3 industry’s ability to expand into new sectors and avenues of financing that support sustainable infrastructure.
