Fengate Asset Management

Fengate is structured to meet the full range of policy and process requirements of public procurements to ensure consistent delivery of high value for money, innovative infrastructure projects. Its performance across a diverse portfolio is based on a clear, market-tested commercial approach to SPV structuring and long-term asset management, with incentives fully aligned with the public owner’s and its stakeholders. During 2021, Fengate signed the P3 contract with Prince George’s County Public Schools and its role on this project has advanced the school district’s P3 knowledge and strategy, which has allowed the authority to proceed in confidence - as well as begin plans for a second program of investment under the same model. The project is an important precedent for other school districts looking to meet immediate and long-term needs.
