She has worked as a technical advisor for P3s in Michigan, Maryland, Louisiana and California. As the only woman in her engineering class, Sallye has been a trailblazer throughout her career; forging a path for women in infrastructure. In a career spanning 40 years in planning and engineering, Sallye has become nationally recognized for her ability to help agencies find innovative and cost-effective means to implement their programs and projects.
