William A Marino

The co-founder and chief executive officer of Star America Infrastructure Partners, William is the inaugural winner of this award, named in his honor. He has been an integral and active member of Star America’s team since its founding in 2011, devoting his time to North American infrastructure and the development of P3 projects across the region. His intimate knowledge of the industry and the relationships he has developed over the years creates a strong foundation for generating compelling dealflow. Prior to co-founding Star America, William founded Allied North America, a construction only brokerage, in 1979, laying the foundation for what developed into the largest private construction surety and insurance brokerage in the US.
