Grenville Riley

Grenville is responsible for the bid and delivery of all project finance and partnership developments at Graham Capital across the social infrastructure, water/wastewater, transit and transportation sectors, providing project leadership and financial advisory to all financing deals which are undertaken by the Graham Group. He began his career as a client, working for 13 years at various levels of Government in the UK, where he was responsible for the procurement of major government projects, an experience which led him to make the move to the private sector to bid and deliver major P3 projects using the original PFI model and its many derivatives such as PF2, BSF and NPD forms of the model. Grenville began his career in North America in 2011 where he led an international team to successfully win and reach financial close on one of Canada's largest P3 projects. This experience gave him a strong desire to join the market on a full time basis, which he did in 2017 by joining Graham Capital.
