Marie Foley

Marie is a Director at INTECH Technical Services, and has more than 20 years of experience on major infrastructure projects across North America. She is an industry leader in providing lender/investor technical advisory services for P3 and financed infrastructure projects in virtually all sectors. She specializes in risk management, life cycle reviews and facilities management advisory. Marie has provided infrastructure advisory services on more than 150 P3 projects with a combined capex of $50 billion+. Marie is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and has served on the CCPPP's board of directors since November 2020.
