Mike Parker

Mike is responsible for bringing the full breadth of EY's market-leading teams and cutting-edge capabilities to the owners, investors, operators and developers of infrastructure. He is a recognized authority on the US infrastructure market, where he has advised clients on finance, procurement, business strategy, policy, and innovative partnerships for tens of billions of dollars of infrastructure, including transportation, digital communications, and higher education. Mike previously functioned as CEO of Jeffrey Parker & Associates, a leading financial advisory firm acquired by EY in 2012. He earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from its Wharton School of Business.
