Qingbin Cui

Dr. Qingbin Cui (QC) is Director of the Build America Center at the University of Maryland. He has supported IIJA implementation at both programmatic and local levels. He has authored more than 200 publications in construction and transportation and delivered hundreds of seminars, webinars, workshops, peer exchanges, symposiums, and conference sessions supporting professional education and workforce development.
